Water Treatment Plant

Yesterday my mini company, Green Hero went to the water treatment plant in Leixlip. We decided to go here, because for the 2nd issue of our magazine the theme is water. We got a tour of the whole plant (which is very big!) We got to see all the stages of how the water is treated so that it is safe to drink. We took a lot of pictures which will go into the next issue. I think it is important that children are educated about the process of how their water is cleaned before it gets to the taps. Overall twas a very interesting day (:
